• Lancashire Hot Pot (Slow Cooked Lamb with Onions, Carrots and Peas in a rich gravy topped with Crispy Sliced Potatoes and served with a pot of Pickled Red Cabbage (£7.50)

• Salmon Fillet with a Tarragon Cream Sauce served with Baby New Potatoes and Seasonal Vegetables (£7.50)
