• Slow Braised Beef with Onions and Gravy, served with Mashed Potato and Seasonal Vegetables

• Chicken Chasseur with Mashed Potatoes and Seasonal Vegetables

• Jamaican Jerk Prawns with Rice and Peas and a pot of Mango Salsa

• Farfalle Primavera with Asparagus, Peas, Courgette, Spinach and Leek, Cream and Parmesan, served with Garlic Bread
