• Chicken Breast Fillet Flambeed with Brandy, Cream and Asparagus, served with Herb Roasted Baby New Potatoes and Seasonal Vegetables

• Beef Lasagne served with Garlic Bread and Salad Garnish

• Italian Baked Cod, with Tomato and Garlic topped with a Parmesan Crust and served with Herb Roasted Baby New Potatoes and Seasonal Vegetables

• Vegetable and Mixed Bean Chilli served with Rice, Tortilla Chips, Soured Cream, Cheese and Avocado Salsa
