• Haddock Fillet with Lemon and Dill Cream Sauce served with Baby New Potatoes and Seasonal Vegetables

• Honey and Garlic Chicken Breast Fillet with Rice and Seasonal Vegetables

• Lancashire Hot Pot with Slow Cooked Lamb, Caramelised Onions, Peas and Carrots in a rich gravy topped with Crispy Sliced Potatoes and served with a pot of Pickled Red Cabbage
