• Lancashire Hot Pot with Slow Braised Lamb, Caramelised Onions, Peas and Carrots in a rich Gravy topped with Crispy Sliced Potatoes and served with a pot of Red Cabbage

• Tandoori Salmon Fillet served with Bombay Potatoes, Roasted Cauliflower, Green Beans and a pot of Raita

• Chicken and Mushroom Stroganoff with Rice and Garlic Bread

• Mature Cheddar and Onion Pie served with Dauphinoise Potatoes and Seasonal Vegetables
