• Chicken Breast Fillet wrapped in Smoked Bacon with a Cheese and Leek Sauce served with Baby Potatoes and Seasonal Vegetables (£7.50)

• Lancashire Hotpot, Slow Braised Lamb, Caramelised Onions, Carrots and Peas in a rich gravy topped with Crispy Sliced Potatoes and served with a pot of Pickled Red Cabbage (£7.50)

• Mediterranean Cod baked with Courgettes, Peppers and Red Onions, Tomato and Garlic and topped with a Parmesan Crumb served with Baby Potatoes and Seasonal Vegetables (£7.50)
