The Queen's Funeral

It has long been a British custom that folk gather together on major Royal occasion. The Barlow Trustees and the Cricket Club have agreed that on Monday The Barlow building, including the Reading Room, will be closed all day.

The Cricket Club will live stream the full event on the scoreboard big screen for all of those who wish to gather together to witness the ceremony, and maybe afterwards celebrate the life of the Queen in any way they see fit.

Please feel free to bring chairs and picnic tables if you wish and there will be refreshments available up to 7pm in the Cricket Club when it will close for the day.
