• Roast Topside of Beef with Yorkshire Pudding, Roast and New Potatoes, Seasonal Vegetables and Gravy

• Salmon Fillet with a Tarragon and Spinach Cream Sauce served with Baby New Potatoes and Seasonal Vegetables

• Coq au Vin served with Baby New Potatoes and Seasonal Vegetables

• Stuffed Peppers with Arborio Risotto Rice and Mixed Vegetables, topped with Parmesan and Cheddar Cheeses, served on a Tomato Coulis with a Garlic Bread slice
