Information regarding nets, fixtures, etc will be posted when we can see the grass again ...
If anyone knows of a potential 'shirt sponsor' for the Tavs 2010 season - please let me know - we looking for approx £ 500.00 for new shirts to provide all the Tavs squad members with new attire. Needless to say the potential advertising space on the front of most Tavs shirts will be generous.

Throughout the summer a series of mid-weekly fixtures is organised and played by the "Taverners Eleven", a section of enthusiasts forming an integral part of the club. A competitive spirit is maintained throughout, always recognizing enjoyment of the game as it is intended and finding a full programme, with some away fixtures, invariably producing a full and entertaining day for all involved. The club is appreciative of the strong financial support given by the Taverners since they formed some years ago.

Don’t pick a fight with an old man. If he is too old to fight, he'll just kill you.
